Financial Broking Sales Graduate Role. Fast-Paced. Commission
We're looking for a handful of ambitious, talented and hard-working graduates to join our highly successful and ever-growing sales team in central London. Upon their arrival, all new employees are given thorough training that is overseen by both a senior development manager and the senior sales executive.
Like many sales roles, confidence and communication skills are a necessity to succeed in the role and attain all the lucrative rewards that are available to all employees. In terms of what we're looking for in an applicant, whilst sales experience (cold calling etc) is highly valued it is not necessary for the role. A minimum of a 2:2 from university is required with a proven track record of a strong work ethic. A genuine enthusiasm to go into sales and have a real interest in a lasting career within the industry is also strongly encouraged.
