This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a hands on approach and who thrives on being in a busy and varied position.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the design, development and implementation of training programmes
Work alongside training Managers and wider team members to ensure the successful delivery of training programmes that meet the specific requirements of the organisation
Reviewing, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of the inductions and training programmes
Amend programmes in a consultative manner to adapt to the changes occurring in the work environment
Comply with the organisations policies and procedures on projects and programmes

This is a pivotal role within the business which commands the ability to build long term, positive working relationships whilst demonstrating the capacity to drive the organisation forward through a committed attitude to training and development strategies
Ideally we would like someone to join the business in a split Trainer/Assessor full time position, but we will also consider candidates who are seeking part-time employment as either a Trainer or Assessor
There is a fantastic salary on offer, based on experience and we do require someone who can be flexible as there may be some evening and weekend working schedules
