Our client is multi site Logistics and Warehousing business. They have an opening for an experienced finance person to join their team as the Accounts Manager.
Working in a small team, you will oversee the whole finance function and ensure everything is accounted for correctly and reports are produced on a timely basis.
Main duties of the role are:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Production of Management Accounts
- Produce other finance reports
- Oversee 1 other member of the finance team
- Ad hoc PA work for the Managing Director: booking appointments, personal tax return assistance etc
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Sage, be flexible with regards to their work, be very organised and have excellent time management skills.
Good communication skills will also be needed and a positive attitude.
