Over the two-years, you will receive expert training and support to enable you to become a confident, fully qualified Primary School Teacher.

• £15,000 pa training salary
• 2-year school-based teacher training programme
• Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham
• Brand new blended learning programme from the nation’s leading ITE providers
• Dedicated participant support team and in-school mentoring
• Regular peer networking opportunities
• No school experience required

Graduate Trainee Primary School Teacher

You will be a creative and dedicated Graduate who has an unstoppable desire to become a future Primary School Teacher. You must be able to not only commit yourself to self-study, but also commit yourself to the course and your pupils who will rely on you to help them through their education. You will ideally hold a 2:1 degree and have previous experience working alongside children. You will need GCSEs of C or higher in English, Maths and Science in order to be suitable for the Programme.

About the Graduate Trainee Primary Teacher role

You will receive constant support throughout your teacher training from a school-mentor, a PGCE Mentor and a Premier Pathways Liaison Officer. This support will allow you to seek guidance and support whenever you need it. You will receive peer support from your fellow Premier Pathways Trainees who you will meet during your University sessions and networking days.
