Sales Administrator
Ideally three years solid office experience is required.

The Package

* Basic salary, £19k; bonuses paid on KPI
* 21 days holiday per year


Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Job

The main role in this job is to receive calls from existing customers in a confident and friendly telephone manner. You will require an in depth understanding of the importance of customer service and recognise the need to balance profitable growth with customer satisfaction.

Accurate order taking, particularly at busy times, is a vital part of your responsibilities and you will also share in the administrative duties of the team.

As part of a team, flexibility in your role and support for your colleagues are vital. You will also be offering focussed promotions and upselling to customers and play a key part in obtaining and organising customer feedback on our products and service.

Role Requirements

You will be energetic, with spark and passion that can easily build a friendly rapport with all stakeholders
You must have excellent communication skills including a clear confident speaking voice.
You must be able to work in a fast and efficient manner and be a self-motivator.
You must be ready to sell in promotions and upsell to existing customers.
You will assist with sales office administration.
You must be flexible, open minded, helpful and naturally positive.
You must be punctual and trustworthy.
You will have a good attention for detail and work accurately.
Previous sales experience is beneficial, ideally from a telesales environment.
Experience within the food industry is preferable and food service ideally.
You will have a good understanding of MS Office applications and the internet.
You will be computer literate
