Our client is a busy women's wear Fashion company based in North West London. Our client produces both own-brand and private label clothing for a variety of customers including department stores, boutiques and catalogues both in the UK and abroad. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Fashion Administrator to join their team.

The main duties include:
* Liaising with UK factories and suppliers on a daily basis
* Liaising with the Production and warehouse teams to ensure customer delivery dates are met and managing critical paths
* Managing and resolving internal and external shipping enquiries
* Coordinating the delivery process to multiple customers, handling the logistics process and all paperwork.
* Creating and issuing invoices for each customer when the goods are released
* Liaising with high-end clients on a regular basis

Key skills:
* Experience in logistics or fashion administration, fashion background desirable but not essential
* Strong numeracy skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask
