My client is an Event Management Company with offices based in central Windsor.

They are looking for a full time experienced Office Manager with a minimum of 1 years' experience working with Sage Line 50 as you will also support the finance department. You must have good organisational skills with a can do attitude and a diligent and meticulous approach to the work is essential.
You will be based in their reception and gallery area where you’ll be dealing with visitors and customers so you shall need a confident and outgoing personality. The role is very varied and you should be used to managing several tasks at a time.

Reporting to Head of Finance your responsibilities will be:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
• Management of the Assistant Office Manager
• Management of front of house and meeting requirements including catering
• Management of phone system and answering calls
• General office management including office cleaners, refuse collection etc
• Management of goods-in and goods-out processes
• Review and approve office supplies
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Management of car parking arrangements
• Building management including liaison with buildings manager for maintenance etc
• Monitor and record staff absence/ sickness

FINANCE SUPPORT
• Daily posting of purchase invoices
• Raising of sales invoices on the job management system
• Sales ledger management and credit control
• Recording and reconciliation of company credit cards and petty cash
• Reconciling supplier invoices to PO’s and liaising with project managers on differences
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements - including chasing outstanding supplier invoices

IT SKILLS
• Sage Line 50
• Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
• Competent in using job management systems (training will be given on our bespoke system)

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years in an Office Manager/Finance Support role.
Minimum of 1 year working with Sage Line 50
Driver - there may be occassions you visit other sites
