Search Specialist - up to £35K + package


My client is an exciting and dynamic boutique company in the creative industry. They are a small but friendly team where creative output is not only encouraged, it is essential. The team is circa 30 and they operate in the B2C and B2B space. They are looking for someone who is as passionate about search as they are about creative. This role will work in close conjunction with the Product team. Being part of a small team means you can really make a tangible difference and effect the growth of the company. It's a fun and dynamic environment where knowledge sharing is the mantra.

The role:-

  • Manage PPC media channel spend across Google and Bing
  • Liaise with our PPC agency regarding the restructure of campaigns and ongoing optimisation
  • Split spend across all forms of Google Shopping, specifically PLAs
  • Work with the Product team to ensure successful launch across paid search
  • Perform content audit and advise teams on requirements and best practice
  • Work closely with the UX/UI teams to ensure the development of the new website is optimised for SEO for the launch
  • Ensure ongoing site optimisation
  • Work with the Content Specialist and Copywriter to aid natural search, assist in devising innovative strategies and optimising social channels
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

  • Advanced user of Google tools: AdWords Editor, Webmasters tools, Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Bing Ads Editor
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • High attention to detail for ROI analysis on budget
  • Degree level education (preferred)
  • Agency management (preferred)
