Due to their continued success our client has appointed Staffbase to recruit for the position of Motor / Fleet Insurance Advisor.

We are looking for candidates who have at least three years previous experience in a motor / fleet insurance advisor or administrator role.

The Role:

Reporting to the manager you will provide administrative and telephone support for all customer related enquiries for new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments for motor fleet insurance policies.

You will be required to develop and maintain excellent client and insurer relationships required to help increase our clients business. Your key duties will include but is not limited to the following;

* Process all inquiries received from clients and underwriters ensuring effective written/verbal communication throughout
* Collate accurate risk details required to obtain suitable cover at best possible price
* Process renewals and mid-term adjustments
* Effective diary management & updating policy data
* Assist with business development activities
* Arrange premium payments and /or issue cancellation letters


You will have at least 3 years insurance advisor / administrative experience and you will have an excellent understanding of motor insurance. Applicants with previous experience in fleet will have an advantage.

You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, excellent IT skills.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
