Due to their continued growth and success, this FTSE 250 company is looking to recruit a Programme/Project Manager to develop, oversee and manage operational elements of the Branch Development function and a large range of projects including working with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting into the Head of Branch Development your role is to effectively support or manage key Branch Development initiatives and projects, correctly capture requirements, develop project plans, engage stakeholders, identify obstacles, manage budgets and all other elements required to successfully achieve implementation. You will also work with and manage the day to day relationships with third party suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop, maintain and implement effective project plans on time and on budget

2. Work with the Head of Branch Development with the development of initiatives, concepts, propositions, business cases and other similar activities as required.

3. Manage defined supplier and partner relationships, proactively building and developing the relationships and ensuring their output meets required SLA’s and KPI’s.

4. Where needed manage, negotiate or co-ordinate agreements and contracts gaining all relevant stakeholder comments and liaising with / managing the process with appropriate organsiations.

5. Specify and oversee the creation of any required management information and reporting.

6. Undertake detailed business process or customer journey mapping.

7. Embrace the ISO9001 QMS and work with the quality team to continually improve service delivery, performance and effectiveness.

8. To prepare and present regular performance and activity reports to the Head of Branch Development as required or agreed.

Person Profile:

 Well developed project management skills and / or qualifications

 Highly numerate individual with strong reporting skills and well developed PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer

 Strong problem identification and solving skills

 Excellent communicator with first class written and verbal skills
