Service Desk Analyst (Moodle)

Central London

12 month contract

C4S Search’s client is an international leading provider of online courses and training programmes. Due to continued success, they are looking to grow their VLE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the Learning environment as part of the programme team.

You will liaise with academic and administrative colleagues, in order to ensure that the Learning Environment best suits student and staff needs.

The role will involve:

  • Online and phone based support for platform users
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues
  • Maintenance and development of the platform
  • Onboarding and administration users
  • Ability to find solutions based on research and escalation
  • Offer support to the wider team
  • Management and prioritisation of time and workload

Requirements/Experience

  • Advanced IT skills, experience with Excel
  • Experience of VLE/LMS preferably Moodle
  • Customer Support
