Business Administration Apprentice
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Admin Apprentice to join our Advocacy Department in our Bristol office!

We operate nationally with 10 offices across the UK with employees based in our insurer client office in Whitstable & Folkestone.
You will be a valuable member of the team who will contribute to the success of the department by supporting internal Advocates administratively as well as working with external chambers. You will be trained to provide effective allocation services and diary management, data collection and recording and billing processes for the Company and advocacy support to our internal and external clients. Our Advocacy department was established in 1999 acting similarly to traditional barristers’ chambers.
You will be joining a small team and will report to the Advocacy Practice Manager who will provide all necessary training and support for you to be successful in this role. You will need to be able to manage your time efficiently and ensure that you prioritise urgent tasks to ensure deadlines and Service Level Agreements are met.
5 GCSE’s Grade A*-C (Including Maths & English).

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate and build relationships with staff and clients at all levels.
Proven experience in an Administrative environment is not essential but is desirable; however full on the job training will be provided.
- Previous administrative or data processing experience is desirable.
- Able to manage own way of working and improve own working practices.
Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Equality and Diversity.
Excellent customer service skills.
Negotiation skills are desirable but not essential.
