Accounts Clerk

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join a well- established family run global car business based in Overseal, Derbyshire.

As the face of the company, it is important that you are extremely well presented, have excellent communication skills and provide a professional and efficient service. Must have experience Sage, Payroll, Vat Returns and ideally motor trade experience.

Your main duties will include:

- Accounts (Sage experience Essential)
- Diary Management
- Compliance administration, including archiving and document control
- Database management
- Handling telephone calls and emails professionally
- Assisting with administration tasks as required
- Producing invoices and letters
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliation's
- Payments
- Company Vat Returns

Desirable skills and experiences:

- Experience in Accounts essential
- VAT Returns
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- A keen eye for detail
- Highly organised
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A welcoming manner and an understanding of what good customer service looks like
- Strong IT skills (Word and Excel essential)
- Accounts experience in a fast paced environment

This is a full time role Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Possibly 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 3pm with day in lieu during the week
