Person Specification for SEMH Primary Teacher
This position would suit a passionate SEMH Primary Teacher who has a history of 'Good' or better teaching and previous experience teaching children with SEN requirements. The successful candidate will have the right approach to dealing with a busy SEN environment and a cool head around tense situations. As SEMH Primary Teacher will be able to empathise with pupils who have complex learning requirements and take a proactive approach to the role.
About the Role SEMH Primary Teacher
As a SEMH Primary Teacher you will be joining one of the school's KS2 classes as a general class teacher and you will be enjoying the comprehensive support provided by your experienced Teaching Assistants. Your duties as KS2 SEMH Teacher will include keeping up the school’s ethos of a creative classroom is best and working on constant improvement via the school excellent CPD programme. The school sees settling in new staff as the utmost importance, as such you will be taken under the wing of an experienced and highly successful Senior Teacher
