Preparation of client files ahead of meetings
Assist report writer with report preparation
Accurate input of new business figures
Ensure documentation is forwarded to clients quickly and efficiently
Accurate valuation report preparation
Act as first point of contact for clients for all admin related queries
Maintain and update all forms and templates
Open communication with team and advisers
Ensure emails are dealt with promptly
General office experience
Qualifications are advantageous
Intelligent Office experience is advantageous
Financial Services experience is advantageous
