Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a team as a Customer Accounts Advisor on a 6 month Contract with a view to going Permanent. To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain excellent Customer Service and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Accurately processing transactions in line with internal SLA's and BACS / Banking guidelines.
- Providing excellent service to customers, both internal and external.
- Processing timely refunds to and collection of debt from customers.
- Ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and consistently.
- Highlighting system issues in a timely manner to enable fixes to be deployed.
- Pro-actively suggesting ideas to improve processes and the customer journey within the Team.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures and external regulation including FCA / TCF.

The skills you will require to be successful:

- Good computer skills including Word, Excel and data input accuracy / speed.
- Logical, methodical and organised approach to dealing with high volumes of tasks.
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working and an ability to cope with working to fixed deadlines.

- Experience of excellent Customer Service, either external / internal.
- Ability to adapt well to change and to self-motivate.
