Savings Operations - Payments Team Advisor
We are looking for individuals with a friendly and professional approach to work to join our Savings Operations teams, where you’ll play a key role in supporting new and existing customers with all their savings needs.
As a Payments Advisor you will:
Have the day to day responsibility of processing requests for new and existing customers in relation to their savings accounts.
Work closely with the specialist teams that have knowledge of bereavement and tax free savings processes with a view to becoming a subject matter expert in one of these areas.
Handle and process customer’s confidential and sensitive information adhering to all appropriate legislation and codes of practice, i.e. Data Protection Act and Money Laundering.
Develop a strong understanding of our Members First philosophy and the importance of excellent customer service.
The Savings Operations Department is a key area of the business responsible for providing a first class service to internal and external customers. This is a fast paced environment which consists of large work volumes, covering in excess of 40 different tasks! Support is readily available and there is a proven track record of helping staff progress through a well-structured pay progression framework.
