Your new firm
Our award winning client has a fantastic growing reputation as being one of the best law firms in the country to work for. With an established Construction practice they are keen to recruit a recently qualified Construction lawyer to join their Exeter team.
Your new role
Working alongside the lead partner you will enjoy a broad diet of both contentious and non-contentious construction work, ranging from arbitrations and adjudications to wider transactional support advising on standard form construction agreements and appointments. Being a key member of the team, you will enjoy a great deal of responsibility and have the opportunity to get involved with business development initiatives from the get go.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have enjoyed a litigation background, ideally in Construction Litigation, though wider litigation experience would equally be of interest. Experience of non-contentious Construction would also be a distinct advantage, though passion to establish yourself in the Construction sector is a must. You will need to enjoy developing and fostering client relationships and be ready to take on responsibility for yourself.
