Accounts Assistant / Payroll
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Wrexham. The company have multiple sites around the world with the UK head office based in Wrexham.
There is now the lead as the company grows to bring on board an in-house payroll clerk. The role will involve setting up the new payroll function under instruction from the hands on Finance Director.
Pay roll - roughly 2 days / week
- As there is no in house payroll function you will be heavily involved in setting this up - there is no stem in place so company can be flexible and play to strengths / experience of new employee.
- Pay roll for 50 + employees on a weekly basis.
The role will be split with a generic accounts assistant vacancy - Duties to include
Accounts Assistant - 3 days / week
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Bank Payments
- Accruals and pre payments
- Ad Hoc Finance duties
This is a good all round role which may suit an experienced pay roller looking to get into other aspects of accounts, or equally an all rotund accounts AAT studying candidate.
