An exciting new opportunity for someone with Umbrella and Accountancy sales experience selling to recruitment agencies and service oriented organisations.
The Business Development manager will be responsible for developing relationships with organisations UK wide..
• Ensure effective relationship management and communication in order generate consistent levels of referral business
• Identify and forge relationships with contacts at all levels - Director/C-level through to Consultants and Contractor Care Teams - within recruitment agencies operating temporary and contract desks
• Working closely with an office-based Telesales partner, the CRM will attend meetings with potential new clients, to ensure maximum market awareness to maximise ongoing business
• Undertake and develop business within new industries in order to extend the client base
• Identify and deliver on potential Sole Supplier / PSL opportunities
• Attend relevant industry networking and social events to further expand network of contacts
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Contribute to teams monthly and quarterly objectives
• Undertake competitor analysis as required/directed
• Maintain accurate sales records and account plans
• Keep up to date with all developments within the recruitment services industry, compliance and general taxation legislation as it relates to the operating company processes.
The Ideal BDM Account Manager will be confident, knowledge of Umbrella services, Recruitment and professional Sales Executive / BDM / Account Manager with experience working in a business to business sales environment. You must have a proven sales record and experience working in a challenging, target driven environment. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, knowledge or experience of umbrella organisations or the recruitment industry would be a distinct benefit, although this is not a prerequisite for the role.
