Sales Manager - Luxury Products for Projects in Hospitality

The Company:
Our client is a leading designer, producer and distributor of luxury furniture and accessories for leading Hotels and Restaurants around the world. They have a well-established brand who supply to some top names in hospitality in over 20 countries. Their unique services offer the client a complete and bespoke service package; from initial design to production and right through to distribution. The company has seen some exceptional growth, increasing over 14% year upon year and now they are looking to grow their very successful and close-knit team in their West London offices.

The Role:
* Lead, coach and support your direct reports - Currently 7 In-House Sales Representative
* Deliver revenue and profit targets via sales team
* Be a key representative of the brand
* Create a vibrant, competitive and rewarding environment, continually providing energy and focus to your team
* Sales forecasting month by month
* Work closely with Senior Management, Marketing and Design teams

Experience Required
* Proven success managing a sales team
* CRM management experience
* Ability to deliver sales training
* Personable with gravitas
* Interest or experience within design and interiors
* Strong presentation skills
* Entrepreneurial and creative thinker
* A networker and relationship builder
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience working with clients within high-end Hospitality or Retail desirable though not essential
