Junior Sous 2AA Fresh & Seasonal £27,500+Paid Overtime
We have an exciting opportunity for a junior sous chef to join our client, a privately owned 2AA Rosette restaurant cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The kitchen team has a very talented pool of chefs that deliver amazing quality dishes as well as pushing to be different. With an organic farm on the doorstep they use local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working at the required level (or be ready to progress to junior sous level) as well as having experience of working in quality establishments.
Relevant experience of working in a role of a similar level in reputable establishments, ideally at a two Rosette level or above.
There are also training and development opportunities available with the in-house butchery, dairy processing and cheese-making facilities. Further benefits include gym membership, a health plan, a bonus scheme and stadd uniforms and meals when on shift.
