Optimisation Analyst
Central London

A well-established Media company are looking for a Digital Analyst who is eager to expand their technical skills. This role sits within the Data Science team and collaborates with UX designers giving you exposure to a variety of areas

* They offer excellent training in a range of tools - Javascript, R, Python

The Role
* You will sit in the Data Science team focusing on Commercial, e.g. Travel
* You will be supporting the team by conducting MVT and AB tests to improve conversion rate optimisation - this will include collaboration with the UX and Research teams
* You will analyse the test results and make business decisions with Senior Analysts based on these results
* You will drive the optimisation by identifying areas of the company's products and services that can be improved for the customer
* You will check the quality of all experiments and produce reports about each stage for senior stakeholders

Skills and Experience
* Experience of AB / MVT testing (Optimizely / Maximiser / Adobe Target)
* Strong CRO experience
* Web Analytics experience (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics)
* Some knowledge of Javascript / HTML would be beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
