Do you want to work for a prestigious airline service provider?

My client are located at Stansted Airport and are looking for a Hospitality and Operations Co-Ordinator to join their team!

Your role will be to ensure all aspects of customer service is at the highest of standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders placed by customers are fulfilled to the specification that has been requested and delivered on time.

This is shift work to meet the clients requirements, these are an average of 48 hours in a week, with an earliest start of 6am with a latest finish of midnight.

You will be working with private jets and VIP's, this is an exciting role for the right person.

- Communicating efficiently with customers over telephone, by email and face to face.
- Upsell as when you can to ensure every profit opportunity is taken
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; this includes follow up phone calls after every order, recording all feedback and maintaining client preference records
- Solving customer issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate, administrate and set up of Flight Attendant culinary training programmes
- You will be helping manage a team of 4.

To excel in this role you need to:
- Have high attention to detail
- Be innovative and adaptable

Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Team player
- An interest in either food or hospitality
- Supervisory experience
