We are hoping for an intelligent Science graduate who has a strong academic record with a 2:2 or above in their chosen discipline and has the drive to be an ambitious future teacher. You must have a resilient attitude and the belief that all challenging situations can be overcome with communication, hard work, and a positive approach. You will be an innovative individual who can demonstrate your personality so that drive for the best results translates to your pupils. You will be able to display a deep interest in the ways in which we learn and set a good moral example to students.

***Trainee Primary Graduate position located in Hounslow
*** £15,000 p.a. training salary
*** Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham

About Premier Pathways
The Science Graduate will undertake a two-year Teacher Training Course in conjunction with the University of Buckingham. The course will be broken up as follows:

First Year:
•    The first two terms will be in a classroom support role to give you an understanding of the school and experience in class.
•    The final term will include a minimum of a 50% teaching timetable.

Second Year:
•    The second year will see the successful Science Graduate teaching an 80% timetable.
