Are you a University Degree educated graduate with 1-3 years proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment, looking to earn more? Would you love to work in a young and dynamic environment, within a business that a strong reputation and brand within the investment management sector? Join an established firm working in Central London earning £24,000-£30,000+ excellent uncapped commissions!

The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, hard working and enjoy selling both over the phone and face to face. Due to the nature of the industry, the successful Sales Consultant will be expected to present themselves professionally and be articulate. Recruitment is a sector best suited to outgoing individuals who like to build relationships - this person will be confident and comfortable developing professional relationships with the team, clients and candidates.

The environment you will join with be a social one, with a close team network and no over arching company hierarchy - enjoy a collaborative environment were lead passing and team celebrations are part of the culture. There is a focus on professional development and training.

This role will be a 50/50 split between business development and account management - the company has a fantastic group of clients for you to work with from day one!

This opportunity offers excellent earning potential with the top biller who only has 5 years of experience earning over £100K annually, with many other sales consultants earning £60-70K+

The Role:

(Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Consultant)

-50/50 split between business development and account management
-Selling to clients and candidates over the phone and in person
-Candidate interview preparation and coordination
-Actively prospecting new business
-Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
-Creating an active sales and talent pipeline in order to hit financial targets
-Working towards sales activities and KPI's to ensure targets are met
-Maintaining a pulse on the investment management market to be a trusted adviser to clients
-Source new business leads through networking and LinkedIn
-Account mapping active accounts to grow business


-Strong commercial acumen, motivated and hungry to succeed
-1-2 years proven track record in a B2B sales environment, recruitment or other consultative sales environment
-Must be University Degree Educated
-Professional and confident
-Outgoing and social personality
-Motivated by financial success
