New Lending are recruiting for a Temporary Completions Processing Advisor.

Completions is a key function in New Lending and is responsible for ensuring customer funds reach their Solicitor in time for completion.

You will be a part of a small but dedicated team working a variety of different tasks to ensure customer service excellence.

Tasks within the role include:

  • Processing of Certificate of Titles (COTs)
  • Setting up of payment instructions using
  • Checking and authorising mortgage details to facilitate funds release 
  • Re-inspection instructions and review of guarantees to facilitate release of mortgage retentions
  • Take incoming calls and queries from Solicitors
  • Process drawdown/ further advances and transfers of equity fund requests
  • Process application fee refunds

We are looking for someone who is driven to deliver excellent customer service, committed to the Society’s values and has good communication skills.

You will also need to have a can do attitude, work well under pressure and be flexible in supporting the Lending business area during peak volumes.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Contract: Temp - Maternity Cover - 9-12 months
