Venator Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for our client, a well-established company based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the preparing and posting of the purchase invoices onto the system, matching purchase orders to invoices when required, reconciling supplier statements, resolving any supplier queries as well as ad hoc duties.

Based in light, spacious offices in Bournemouth, Dorset, the ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within purchase ledger, have experience of processing a high volume of invoices and be an excellent team player.

An understanding of basic accounting concepts such as double entry bookkeeping is essential as well as strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
