I am on the lookout for an Immediately Available Finance Administrator for a role based in the South East, you will be need to be hands on and driven as well as organised as the successful candidate will be working for a small business.

The role is a fixed term role up until April of 2018, the lucky individual will be working in a small office so communication skills are key, some of the duties include:

-Generating invoices and credit notes to ensure effective credit control
-Maintaining relationships with key suppliers
-Recording transactions in a timely fashion
-Ensuring stock is maintained and keeping accurate record of this
-Arranging stock deliveries with suppliers to ensure demand can be met effectively

The idea candidate will have

-Sage Line 50 or a finance package experience
-Customer service experience
-Organisation skills are key
-A great bubbly telephone manor
-Ordering distribution/stock
