As a Recruitment Team Manager within our Social Care Division you will be responsible for :-
- taking leadership responsibility for recruitment team
- implement the company's wider sales plan and strategies.
- take full ownership of the teams financial and performance targets
- identify best practice to achieve required results.

You will manage, motivate and drive sales teams to deliver all aspects of recruitment services through a targeted and compliant approach in line with agreed business plan.

This is a billing role and the Recruitment Team Manager will lead from the front developing and maintaining business within own region and setting an example to the wider team. This includes target setting, performance management, client development, financial forecasting, coaching and development of staff.

* You will have line management for responsibility for consultants (all levels) and develop, manage and coach to ensure continuous improvement in their performance in line with company standards and expectations.
* To manage performance against company KPI's, minimum standards and initiatives ensuring correct behaviours are implemented throughout your region
* To encourage a Customer First culture, ensuring that you set the expectation of a consultative service across the team.
* To identify and implement further training and development of team members to enhance their performance
* Maintain retention and development of the team in line with company standards and expectations
* To lead in the recruitment of new hires in line with the required headcount of the team to ensure adherence of targeted sales performance
