What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for understanding, replicating and closing software based incidents within agreed timescales. You will be responsible for identifying technical issues and providing guidance to the company's customers. You will report faults and where possible analyse code and identify where corrections should be made.

Who are you?
Great employees make a great company! You will have previous experience as a 2nd line support analyst within a software environment and an interest in learning how to analyse code. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to identify and correct issues within a timely manner.
