Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and management of health and safety at work regulations is also required.

Duties will include relevant procurement survey, design, and specification of projects, contract supervision and contract administration, approval of expenditure, quality assurance and technical advice for the purchase or sale of properties, party wall and other technical advice to customers.

You will also be required to take responsibility where appropriate for the direction and supervision of maintenance surveyor's and administrative staff and external consultants employed to assist the delivery of the planned programme works. As Project Manager you will be controlling time and costs spent on programmes of work or projects so as to ensure that these are contained within generally prescribed or separately agreed targets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Housing Association and leading brand in the affordable/social housing market.
