The Human Support Group are a national company that was established in 1998 and who provide care in the community to over 3,000 service users each week which is growing week to week.

We are currently recruiting for Response staff to work in our Didsbury office to provide support to current employees throughout the company as well as the company’s service users. To be successful in your application, you must be available to work weekend and bank holidays.

Salary, Benefits and requirements:

·£7.50 per hour weekdays

·£8.50 per hour weekends

·£15 per hour on bank holidays

·A team worker that will integrate and collaborate with the existing team members

·Listening skills of a high standard to understand and identify key aspects of each call

·Excellent communication skills to deal with calls from other office staff and care staff, service users and their next of kin, external professionals and any other calls in to Homecare Support out-of-hours

·A professional telephone manner

·Computer proficiency – focusing on typing skills to create accurate written records

·Shifts will be 5-8 hours between07.00-22.30 you may be required to work a combination of mornings and evenings

Experience is not essential as full, paid training will be provided before commencement of work.
