Role: Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Birmingham (Oldbury)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

I am currently recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Manager for the new Oldbury branch of a Domiciliary Care provider in Birmingham. My client provides care to a range of people, the company has a history or caring for those with Learning Disabilities, however are looking to care for Mental Health and the elderly too.

My client is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager who has several years experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service. Preferably the candidate will be extremely driven and ideally have worked in a new service before and being a major part of it's development. The candidate must have the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards Level 5, along with having a full UK driving license.

The role will involve:
- Ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all clients
- Recruiting, managing and training staff
- Make sure the care service is cooperating with CQC regulations
- Meeting financial targets

In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic Domiciliary Care Manager salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience), however the salary will rise to £30,000 eventually regardless.
