An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to work with a fantastic organisation based in Central London.

Our client is seeking a well organised Administrator with experience of working in a Project Environment. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service to the teams within the department, working collaboratively with other PA/Team Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective PA support to relevant Project and Programme Managers including project administrative tasks
Enhance management of projects, creation of project templates, monitor project plans and process maps
Ensure data is updated by all Project Managers for the delivery of regular reports
General Project administration, including arrangement of meetings and attendance as required to take minutes

Skills Required:
Previous experience of working in a PA/Project Administrator role including diary management and project administration
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Project and other Microsoft packages
Successful candidate will need to have strong IT skills additionally procurement and finance skills
