R3 Resourcing is working in conjunction with a world renowned retailer to recruit a Store Manager to join the team in their successful Middlesbrough store. We are looking to recruit an existing and proven Store Manager who is looking for an exciting new challenge with a fast paced and diverse client. Are you a Retail Manager with excellent managerial experience, a natural leader and someone who can lead an existing team and continue the ongoing success with this incredible brand.

As a Store Manager you will be commercially focused, a manager who wants to drive teams and performance at all times and be able to work for a client that offers a unique service to customers and guests.

Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising standards using guidelines provided
Drives Team Members to achieve KPIs through continuous coaching and motivating
Sets priorities and manages time effectively and efficiently
Represents the Brand by leading by example
Lead the team to achieve store targets, daily, weekly, monthly and ultimately annually
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service to all store visitors
Drives the performance of the team to achieve Mystery Shop results
Overall responsibility for the Stores total compliance and Store Operating Procedures

The role is extremely varied, will offer an interesting balance of maximising income & profit of the store by driving service at all times and providing an experience that your customers will not forget.
