Field Based role covering - Worcestershire, Gloucestershire & West Midlands
Full time - 35 hours per week/Flexible working pattern

My client is looking to add an experienced Sales Consultant to their expanding team based out of their Solihull office. As a Sales Consultant you'll be expected to look after a portfolio of sites - effectively managing and taking control of the wholes sales process from start to finish - dealing with estate agents, mortgage advisers and solicitors, as well as a variety of other professionals along the way. How you plan your diary and manage your territory will be entirely up to you, but as you'd expect the focus will be on converting leads into sales and producing tangible results in line with pre-set targets.

Capable of actively promoting their new home propositions and delivering a great customer experience, I am ideally looking for:

* some relevant sales experience, combined with a genuine interest in new build developments and a real passion for the very best in customer service.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with the necessary outlook, mindset and empathy needed to act a a true ambassador for the client.
* The ability to see the overall picture; keeping an eye on the smallest day to day details, whilst displaying the vision to contribute to broader, longer term objectives
* A highly organised approach and plenty of flexibility, coupled with a resilient nature and the ability to effectively manage your workload
* a full, clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle would also be required.
In return my client will offer:

* Basic salary between £22,000 - £25,000 OTE £39,000+
