My client is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their successful commercial team in Bournemouth.

Excellent salary depending on experience. ( up to £60k)

Candidates should be self-motivated with an in-depth knowledge of pricing work on the South Coast, ideally in the education, health and commercial sectors.

Experience;

* Experience of various construction methods
* Identify your customers' needs and expectations and strive to deliver them
* Must possess a record of securing successfully completed contracts
* Capable of working to strict deadlines, working on own initiative, using analytical methods for rate build-ups and using computer estimating packages
* Good knowledge and network of local trades, contractors and sub-contractors

You will be working within a Team of Estimators and reporting into the Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the business.
