Our client, a City based FX brokerage, is looking to recruit a Private Client Marketing Executive to join their ever increasing team, paying up to £35k.
Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, retention and generate revenue across the Private Client desk to deliver real value across the business. Working with the wider Marketing team and the Private Client desk, this role will have real responsibility for managing multi-channel campaigns targeted at building our Private Client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Description

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing activities across our private client desk
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are developed across the full marketing mix
  • Create a scaleable customer communication programme with emphasis on acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • Track and provide appropriate reporting/management information on ROI to key stakeholders around the business
  • Be a brand custodian and ensure consistency across all marketing campaigns
  • Manage compliance sign off process across private client marketing material
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager across strategic projects
  • Work with the Events Executive as required across Private Client events
  • Work with the Private Client team to become the expert voice on marketing



Personal Skills

  • A true team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar B2C role
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM and customer communications a bonus
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience or knowledge of financial services or regulated industries would be beneficial
  • Effective problem solving skills, able to challenge the status quo confidently
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with partners
  • Commercial awareness and ability to assess impact of activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated



FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing budget management with oversight from Senior Marketing Manager

EXTENT OF PUBLIC CONTACT

This role will involve interaction with clients, partners, stakeholders, agencies and other third parties

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

Normal working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 however they will be expected to complete the hours necessary to achieve the expected company standards and performance. To this end they will need to be flexible and prepared to work until the job is properly done. Some travel will be expected
