£35,000 per annum

---BACKGROUND---
TIME Recruitment is currently working with one of the Scotland's leading health & social care providers in selecting an experienced and talented nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join their team in a peripatetic capacity. Our client, a global independent provider, has a sterling reputation and is known for offering top class training and support to its teams. The successful candidate will support the Home Managers and care teams at a number of elderly care homes in the region.

---THE ROLE---
As a Peripatetic Deputy Manager, you will play a leading role in the provision of top-class care and support to residents. Putting your training to good use, you will be expected to utilise a range of clinical skills, demonstrating a natural flair for leadership. Ideally, you will have experience in management within a similar setting.

You will be a dynamic individual, capable of working in multiple locations. Our client has standardised systems for care and documentation, so you should always feel at home even if the location changes! No two days will ever be the same in this role, so you will need to be the kind of person who embraces a challenge.

Knowledge of Inspectorate standards and expectations is essential, and you will also need to be confident in managing staff performance, safeguarding and auditing. Above all, you need to have a passion for elderly care and a desire to provide an outstanding service to those in need.
