Desktop Support Analyst - Mac OSX - London - £27k

Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading media company in Central London to recruit a Mac OSX Desktop Support Analyst.

You will be working a busy corporate technical support environment dealing with a broad range of technical issues and systems for over 1500 onsite and remote users. We are looking for someone with good technical skills but is also personable, outgoing, presentable, flexible and can learn new skills quickly when required. As well as Mac OS you will also support a range of bespoke software systems and products so we need someone that can pick up new technologies as you are unlikely to have used them before.

You will provide a helpdesk service to internal users to log, prioritise and resolve technical issues ideally over the phone, first time. However you will also have to provide desktop support to users face to face and this will include everyone from admin staff to VIP users so must be confident to deal with people at all levels of the business.

To be considered it is expected you will have at least 2 years technical support experience working with Mac OS in a help desk or desktop support environment. You will also need to be passionate and enthusiastic to provide outstanding levels of customer support in a fast paced and busy IT environment with a flexible approach to a broad range of technical issues.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + benefits
