We are looking for an experienced sales trainer to devise, facilitate and deliver sales and service training across a wide range of customer channels to achieve world class customer sales & service in digital media.

This role will predominantly be office based with national UK travel to create, deliver and performance coach sales and service teams.

The role is varied and includes the preparation and delivery of:
Core sales skills & account management training
product launch training
Induction training (including CRM)
Process and procedure knowledge and training
Customer service training
Monthly office and field based performance and development coaching

Key Responsibilities:
Creation and delivery of training to develop high quality effective digital marketing expertise amongst the sales and service teams and improve customer satisfaction scores for both field and office based personnel
Maintain and schedule courses to ensure regular training of products and sales skills; support of new staff through side-by-side coaching as well as pro active support of ad-hoc training needs and skills gaps
Devise and communicate business and product updates to the Sales and Service teams
Have a general awareness and experience in using a learning management system (LMS)
Effective launches and training roll out of new products with regular and on-going evaluation
Work closely with Head of Training, Trainer, Sales Managers & Support Channel Managers to identify training to improve sales performance and develop capabilities
To work closely with marketing to align, update and maintain sales presenter and sales materials
Contribution to the facilitation of regular induction programs and new starter follow up

To attend internal/external training sessions as and when appropriate and self learn to increase personal knowledge, business, market and competitor knowledge and feed back up to date training aids to the company
To maintain effective communication links with other teams & departments across the business
To develop a success culture of continuous self improvement, sharing best practise and expert business knowledge
To ensure regular accompaniment to maintain first hand knowledge of customers both over the phone and face-to-face to fully understand their business challenges and our sales teams needs to tailor training courses to meet those needs
To ensure Sales Training manuals; guides; and product Q&A`s are constantly updated and communicated effectively
To be actively involved in the organisation of sales conferences and other events
To aid and assist the commercial operation generally as required

Skills and Attributes:
A proven successful sales background in online sales & advertising media with strong sales skills and methodologies
Minimum of 5 years` experience in coaching
A proven track record in identifying, creating, delivering and evaluating soft skill & knowledge gap opportunities
Strong presentation, written & oral communication skills
Minimum intermediate IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word; familiar with CRM systems including SalesForce
Inter-personal skills to enable working with people at all levels. Must be credible and comfortable dealing with and presenting to large groups of people
Ability to facilitate meetings and control group situations with confidence and ease, with ability to actively participate and contribute to meetings
Time management & planning skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and to meet deadline
Ability to be adaptable & flexible in a fast-moving results-orientated environment
Be self-motivated and proactive - with the ability to work on your own initiative and offer new ideas
Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation with an entrepreneurial spirit
Personal commitment to improving one`s own knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues
Flexibility for overnight stays / travel when required for national sales training
