A well established Company based in Irlam (commutable from Warrington and Manchester) require an experienced Sales Administrator to process customer orders ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

Duties of the Sales Administrator include:

* Receiving customer orders by telephone, fax and email
* Ensuring all customer needs are fully defined and met at all times
* Processing orders onto system, with perfect accuracy
* Raising delivery notes and liaising with the production department
* Producing and chasing sales invoices

Successful applicants will:

* Have experience in a similar field / role
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Customer focused
* Excellent attention to detail
* Be highly organised with the ability to multi task

Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
