My client based in Exeter is seeking some temporary on-going help within their IT service department.

Working Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm

They need someone to start with them ASAP, to provide excellent customer care when dealing with IT users within the trust, via telephone, email and in person.

You will be dealing with 1st line requests (password resets, user access/application difficulties)

Assigning with 2nd and 3rd line calls were appropriate to the relevant person within the IT team.

Full training will be provided.

The skills required are -

* Excellent customer service (via email/telephone/face to face)

* Basic IT skills (experience of call logging)

* The ability to communicate well with customers and engineers.

* Be a quick learner

* Basic triage of IT faults
