Our relationship with key vendor partners such as Microsoft is fundamental to the success of our business and , to make this relationship even more successful we now have an exciting career opportunity for a Microsoft Customer Engagement Manager to be responsible for coordinating across all areas of our business to drive value for our customers in new or renewed licences for all Microsoft products with a view to increasing client utilisation , building a pipeline for professional services and creating loyalty within our customer base by working very closely customers , Microsoft , and our account management and operations teams .

Main duties :

To fully understand Microsoft strategy in the channel in relation to SCC

To engage with our Software License Managers , Professional Services and our Vendor Management teams .

To fully gain specific knowledge of Microsoft channel programmes , incentives schemes and programmes and advise SCC.

Develop strategies for engaging customers on DPS and DPOR opportunities .

Develop and maintain a funnel of professional services business associated with Microsoft for new/renewed licenses .

Work with technical and support renewal teams to ensure quality of data for engagement with our software sales and account management teams .

Skills , Knowledge and Experience :

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products and services .

Ability to work independently using own initiative.

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer focus
