A key part of this role would be assessing the performance baseline of each of the NHS GMCs and establishing new clinical pathways and/or identifying new opportunities for improving patient recruitment to the project. The post holder will also be responsible for leading the mobilisation of Local Delivery Partners (LDPs) and will be expected to work closely to support the newly established Service Development Team. He/she will work closely with the Performance Team to support the Quarterly Review Site Visits (QRSVs) process and provide support in preparing paperwork as required.

To work with the Senior Performance Analyst to collate, review and
report/track progress of NHS GMCs against KPIs – including sample
trajectories, patient recruitment and successful samples.
To work with the Head of Performance in managing the Change
Control process – this includes updating and ensuring timely
distribution of documents to NHS GMCs.
To work with the Head of Performance in managing the NHS GMC
Programme Leads and Cancer Clinical Leads Network Meetings.
To work with the Head of PMO and the wider tea.
