As General Manager you will be able to demonstrate a good all around approach to running a fast paced restaurant. Ideally we’re looking for someone who can keep their cool, develop their team around them and, most importantly, make sure the customers and team have fun! Of course we expect the usual stuff; being able to run a great restaurant or espresso bar in style and bring in your P&L, but running a Grind is so much more. It's about the buzz, the vibe and the energy.
