Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk for a national Company with a head office in Rotherham.

Whilst initially the role will be based in Rotherham, towards the end of the year the business will be relocating to Castleford. With this in mind the ideal candidate will live in-between both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Print off Bank statements for all sites and distribute to departments for allocating to sales and purchase ledger.

- Process and input all daily cash onto individual clients accounts to pay invoices

- Resolve queries on a daily basis in a prompt and timely manner

- Process weekly spend requests in a timely manner

- Update Debtors sheet at month-end

- Raise any Adhoc invoices/credits that are required

- Perform credit control on a daily basis and ensure monies are collected in line with departmental timelines

- Organise and deliver debt meetings to provide business updates

- Assist in completion of Finance Audits within the business
