Call Centre Agents / Inbound Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Call Centre Agents to join our expanding teams in both Reigate or Redhill. If successful, we offer a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, contribution to pension and private medical cover, along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will receive a comprehensive training programme including a classroom based induction and ongoing training.

As a Call Centre Agent you will mainly be taking inbound calls relating to employee benefits and occupational pension schemes. You may be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team. You will be working to KPI's in a fast paced, busy call centre environment.

* Possess outstanding customer service and administration skills
* Be a confident communicator
* Good I.T skills
* Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
* Pass at C or above for English Language & maths at GCSE or equivalent
