My client is a global advertising agency who are on the hunt for a hardworking and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to work within their incredible agency central London! Great challenging role and opportunity to take ownership and improve processes/systems.

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk candidate will work in a team of 3 accounts payable clerk reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cash book and bank accounts, invoice processing, handling payment runs, creditor ledger maintenance, reconcile employee credit cards and process expenses.  This is an exciting opportunity to get amazing training and support but be able to use your initiative to learn new and efficient ways of working. 

The ideal candidate for this accounts payable role will have advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail; high level of numeracy and proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload. 

The right candidate will be a finance graduate with a minimum 3 months experience within accounts. You will have the fundamental understanding of the accounts payable process and keen to expand on that experience. You will need to be immediately available and ready to get started ASAP.  Having good excel skills and a quick learner is essential.
